IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Here are a few helpful tips for first time users.
You must log-in to your online banking portal BEFORE you can access your account via the mobile app. Follow the prompts accordingly.
Username/ID: Start with your current member account number
Password: Use your existing password. (It may prompt you to pick a new one)
New User ID: Following the prompts, you will then need to set up a NEW User ID which will replace your account number for all future logins.
Watermark Image: Choose a recognizable image that you will remember with your login.
Security Questions: Pick your top 3 security questions and answers.
Online Password Reset: Create your own question and answer for future online password resets.
To log into your mobile app, you will need to use your NEW User ID name and password. You will be issued a one-time PIN that will be sent to your email to complete the process.
You will need to login to your mobile app BEFORE you can activate your finger print authorization (located in your settings).
The online banking platform is the perfect destination for tracking your transactions, setting up transfers, making payments to your SFFCU loans and access your interest information come tax-filing time.
Take your credit union on the go—the SFFCU mobile app comes with the capabilities of the online platform, in addition to mobile remote check deposit through your smartphone or tablet’s camera.
Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of a reminder. Get alerts sent to your inbox or to your phone via email or text. Choose from a variety of alert options from the online banking portal, set it and forget it.
There’s one thing you do like clockwork every month—you pay the bills. Imagine if you could set them all on autopilot, though. With SFFCU’s online bill pay, you can make one-off electronic payments to your payees or set up automatic, recurring payments.
Need to delve into your history of transactions? Don’t worry about the piles of paper—access your statement history through the online banking platform or mobile app, with as many as 36 months’ worth of history to select from. Save a tree—go paperless.
